b. To discuss and learn about data that is specific to their area.
c. To collaborate on ways to begin to solve the problems of their area.
d. To identify people, agencies and tools/skills needed.

Purpose: Allow participants to learn skills and tools that are available to help them solve the problems identified in the earlier sessions.
