Floor plan and flow
This is an approximate schematic of the
Bourbon Co. Middle School layout.
- We will be on two floors. entrance 1, the breakout rooms and the
Auditorium are on the upper level.
- The Cafeteria and entrance 2 is on the lower level
We will decide if we want to use the Cafeteria as our center of operations
or the auditorium. The cafeteria is where the Coffee will be, the Auditorium
seats about 400. We will fill about 10% of the room.
I would leave the decision up to the presenters of the morning session. If
they would like the formality of the auditorium, we can meet there. If they
wouldn't mind the "informality" of the cafeteria, we will gather there first. This will
help us keep operations all in one place.

The auditorium, darkenable for slides, cavernous, nice
cafeteria, there are two times as many tables, but shown to give you a flavor
of the situation. This is where we will have lunch.
One of the break out rooms, classrooms that will hold about 20 comfortably, These are individual teacher's classrooms. We have been asked to leave instructional materials alone and to return the classrooms to the state we found them. Custodial staff will be available to help should we need it.
