Break into watershed groups; each group to have predesignated leader from the watershed along with a scientific
a. To allow team members and conference participants to express concerns and ask questions specific to their area of the basin.
b. To discuss and learn about data that is specific to their area.
c. To collaborate on ways to begin to solve the problems of their area.
d. To identify people, agencies and tools/skills needed.
